The front cover of Twilight is an apple in the hands of someone. Most theorys is that the hands are Edwards because they are pale. Stephenie Meyer said she chose the apple because in lots of old story legends, apples have been involved and mainly from the story of Adam and Eve.

About three things I was absolutely positive:

First, Edward was a vampire

Second, there was a part of him - and I didn't know how dominant that part might be - that thirsted for my blood.

And thirdly, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him. 

Isabella Swan expects her new life in Forks to be as dull as the town itself. But her new classmates don't seem to mind her awkward manner and low expectations. They seem to like her - with the exception, that is, of Edward Cullen. The problem is that the closest she gets, the more she is at risk, and it might be too late to turn back.

Twilight is about a teenage love story with a twist. Edward is a vampire. Bella finds herself running for her life after spending the night with Edward Cullen's family playing baseball (of course she was watching). when 3 other vampires came and one starts to track her and almost kill her. Edward keeps telling Bella it's not smart to be near him as he can snap at any moment, ruining everything that Carlisle had built for Edward and his family to live in Forks. Edward's family think of themselves as vegetarians as they only survive on the blood of animals, but the closer Bella gets, the harder it gets for her and Edward. This amazing story follows two young teenagers (if you can call Edward young or a teenager - Hes immortal, dummy's) and their amazing story of true love and Bella's many near-death experiences.
