THE FRONT COVER
The front cover of New Moon is a rose, and theory is that the petal falling off the rose is Edward leaving Bella. :( and I think the one on the left is Jane aka Dakota Fanning - I hope that is going to be on the DVD - it looks awesumm !!!!!!!
' Shoot' , I muttered when the paper sliced my finger: I pulled it out to examine the damage. A single drop of blood oozed out from the tiny cut.
It all happened very quickly then.
'No!', Edward roared... dazed and disorientated, I looked up from the bright red blood pulsing out of my arm- into the fevered eyes of the six suddenly ravenous vampires.

New Moon is the amazing sequel to Twilight. At the start of New Moon, Bella finds herself heartbroken as Edward and his family must leave Forks and he must forget about Bella and Bella must forget about him ( :( we secretly all cried...when we read that part...he didn't really leave...he just came to visit me and Jazzy lol) . With Edward gone after months of deep depression Bella starts to hang out with Jacob Black, from the Quileutes tribe. Then things take a turn for the worst when Jacob suddenly becomes a werewolf. Werewolves and vampires are ancient enemies. Suddenly, Edward becomes under the impression that Bella is dead and heads off to Volterra to beg the Volturi to kill him, like in Romeo and Juliet. So this time, it's up to Bella and Alice to save Edward from his worst nightmare, and again Bella has more near-death experiences ( cliff - diving at the start of the book ~lol that would be awesumm ). Eventually Edward and his family come back to Forks for Bella. :D

Major Happening in New Moon: Volturi
In New Moon, Bella tries to jump off a cliff, cliff diving because she saw Jacob's friends doing it. Then once she gets out of the hospital, after she forgets that there was currents and rock underneath the cliff, she finds Alice Cullen at her house, waiting for her. She explains that Edward heard how she jumped off a cliff, and Edward thinks Bella did it for suicide and she is dead. But she isn't; Jacob saved her. Then Bella and Alice head off to Volterra, to talk to the royal kingdom of The Volturi, who are the vampires that Edward asked to kill him. Edward is relieved that she is okay and then the Volturi say she can't leave because they want to kill her, because she knows the vampire secret. Then Edward says they should make a deal. If Edward turns her into a vampire in the future, and not reveal their secret, then they would not kill Bella. :)
